    I dont agree with bikes or cars breaking laws. Laws are there for our safety [supposedly] and if cars ignore bikers, it doesnt give the bikers an excuse to break laws also. 2 wrongs dont make a right

    I agree with Jimio. Here in the Boston area the primary complaint from motorists (questionable as it may be) is that cyclists do not obey traffic laws. In MA we have the same rights and obligations as drivers -- you can read a summary at http://cyclingnewengland.blogspot.com/2011/04/massachusetts-bicycle-law.html
